Payment Methods

At Vierra, we offer secure and convenient payment methods to make shopping quick and hassle-free.

Shopify Payments supports slightly different card brands in each country. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay are available across Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and the United States. (Shopify Help Center)

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through Shopify Payments:

Available payment methods vary by country:

  • Australia: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay

  • United Kingdom: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, and UnionPay

  • New Zealand: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay

  • United States: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club

Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay are accelerated checkout options available in all four countries. The payment methods displayed at checkout may depend on the customer’s location, card provider, device, browser, and checkout eligibility. Additional local payment methods may also be available when activated and supported in the customer’s country.

Refunds

In the event of an order cancellation, return, or accepted complaint, the refund will be issued to the same payment method originally used to place the order, where possible.

Once a refund has been processed through Shopify Payments, its status may remain pending for up to 2 business days while the funds are returned to the customer. Depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider, it may then take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in their account.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the original payment method and the customer’s bank or payment provider. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact our customer support team.

All payments are processed through secure payment systems. We aim to ensure that the payment process is convenient, fast, and properly protected.

Shopify Payments supports secure online payments using major credit and debit cards, accelerated checkout methods, and eligible local payment options.
