Refunds
In the event of an order cancellation, return, or accepted complaint, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
Once a refund has been processed through Shopify Payments, it may take up to 2 business days to update in status, and then up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
