Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum order value required.
Order Processing Time
Standard items (non-personalized): We aim to process and ship all standard orders within 1 business day of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Personalized items (names, initials, engravings, photos): Custom and personalized products require additional production time of 4–8 business days before shipment, so we can craft them with the utmost care.
Please note that during peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping time begins after processing and production are complete. As a guide, total delivery time from the order date is approximately:
- Standard items: 5–9 business days (1 day processing + 4–8 days shipping)
- Personalized items: 8–16 business days (4–8 days production + 4–8 days shipping)

Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vierra-atelier.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change, however we cannot guarantee this if your order has already been submitted for shipment.
Order Cancellation
To ensure fast delivery, we begin preparing your order immediately after it is placed. You have 6 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. To cancel, please contact our support team at support@vierra-atelier.com with your order number.
