Order Processing Time
We make every effort to process and ship all orders within 1 business day of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that during periods of increased traffic or during promotions, the turnaround time may be slightly longer. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Custom customised products require a little more time – we ask for an additional 4-8 working days so that we can make them with the utmost care.

Change of delivery address
If you want to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@vierra-atelier.com
We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that it will be completed if the order has already been submitted for shipment.

To ensure fast delivery, we start preparing your order very quickly after you place it.
You have 6 hours from the time you place your order to request cancellation.
